About Kelley: Taking to heart the idea of "figuring out what you love and getting paid to do it", travel started as a passion, but has quickly turned into a way of life. Making bucket list trips happen- that is, hearing the excitement and enthusiasm in clients' voices when they describe the journeys I've created for them- I just cannot explain how rewarding that feels! In addition, it has been my great fortune to be working with some of the most talented, dedicated, and like-minded people of my professional life. Engaging with clients, coupled with a voracious appetite for travel industry knowledge and a love of solving puzzles (which is how every travel adventure begins!) is what makes owning The Royal Journey THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD!
My specialties include custom-tailored European land/rail combinations and river cruises, as well as exotic packages to Asia and Africa for the adventurous and discerning traveler of any age. This means you can plan your vacation YOUR way, instead of following someone else's idea of great travel. However, there are also plenty of guided options as well for those who enjoy the social aspect of a tour. Regardless, I strive to find authentic accommodations, standard or luxurious, representative of the local culture.
